1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VisionHabitat (visionhabitat.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all related policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

VisionHabitat is an interactive visual-inspiration tool that uses automated systems to create conceptual home vision boards based on preferences selected by the user.

The service provides visual references, color palettes, material directions, style principles, atmosphere suggestions, and print-ready summaries.

3. Demo Status

VisionHabitat is currently available as an interactive demonstration. Certain planned features, including live AI generation, purchases, premium downloads, or account-based storage, may not yet be active.

4. Eligibility

Users must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required to consent to use an online service in their jurisdiction.

5. User Inputs

You retain ownership of any content or preferences you submit. You grant VisionHabitat a limited license only to process your content for the purpose of operating and providing the requested service. This license ends when the processing purpose ends, subject to necessary technical retention and legal obligations.

You must have the right to submit the content, and you must not submit copyrighted, confidential, illegal, harmful, or privacy-violating material. Please do not enter sensitive personal data into any free-text fields.

VisionHabitat does not use user inputs to train external AI models.

6. Saved Data and Local Storage

Boards and preferences may be stored locally in your browser's session or local storage. Clearing your browser data may permanently remove them. VisionHabitat cannot recover locally stored boards. You can clear your saved data at any time through the in-product control.

7. Automated Outputs

Automated or generated outputs may:

• Be inaccurate or contain visual inconsistencies.
• Suggest impractical combinations or show unrealistic proportions.
• Misrepresent material behavior.
• Contain unsuitable lighting or layouts.
• Fail to reflect real dimensions.
• Differ from real-world products or construction outcomes.

You must independently evaluate all outputs. We do not guarantee uniqueness, originality, accuracy, or suitability for any specific purpose.

8. Design and Professional Limitations

VisionHabitat does not provide architectural services, engineering services, structural advice, construction documentation, interior-design professional services, building-code compliance analysis, electrical or plumbing advice, real-estate advice, legal advice, or financial advice.

Outputs must not be used as blueprints, measurements, construction plans, safety specifications, material-performance guarantees, building-code approvals, or professional recommendations. Always consult with qualified professionals before making real-world changes.

9. No Real-Estate or Contractor Service

VisionHabitat is not a real-estate brokerage, does not facilitate property transactions, does not represent buyers or sellers, does not provide property valuations, does not collect or sell property-buyer leads, does not refer users to agents or contractors for transaction-based compensation, and does not guarantee third-party providers.

10. Intellectual Property

VisionHabitat Platform: The brand, logo, interface, code, original written content, and product structure are owned by VisionHabitat or its licensors.

User Inputs: Remain owned by you.

Generated Outputs: Subject to these terms, third-party asset licenses, and are not guaranteed to be exclusive or copyrightable.

11. Commercial Use

Demo outputs are intended for personal inspiration and evaluation only. Commercial use, resale, client work, advertising, staging, or merchandising rights are not currently granted or supported.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Illegal activity or submitting infringing content.
• Attempts to bypass security or automated scraping.
• Reverse engineering where prohibited by law.
• Impersonation, harassment, or distributing malware.
• Uploading private content without permission.
• Using outputs to deceive users about real properties.
• Presenting conceptual images as verified architectural plans.

13. Third-Party Services and Assets

We may use third-party services for hosting and font provision. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Paid Plans

Paid plans are not currently available. Pricing shown elsewhere in the interactive demo is illustrative and does not constitute an offer to sell.

15. Service Availability

The service may change, experience downtime, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

16. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the service for abuse or violation of these Terms.

17. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionHabitat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

19. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the service.
